Opportunities for students

All Investigators of the MacDiarmid Institute are required to contact MacD-Admin@vuw.ac.nz with information of any new students, Postdoctoral Fellows or Research Assistants (RAs) as they join their research groups, so that we can add them to all the necessary mailing lists and ensure they do not miss out on any opportunities. We welcome ALL members of Investigator research groups, whether funded by the MacDiarmid Institute or not. Any student, Postdoc or RA supervised by a MacDiarmid Institute Principal Investigator or Associate Investigator is considered to be part of the Institute.

We ask all Investigators to encourage their students and postdoctoral researchers to connect with the MacDiarmid Emerging Scientists Association (MESA), so they can be informed of and can get involved in meetings, events and training.

We welcome ALL members of Investigator research groups, whether funded by the MacDiarmid Institute or not. Any student, Postdoc or RA supervised by a MacDiarmid Institute PI or AI is considered to be part of the Institute.
