Dr Kirsten Edgar has a degree in a history and a PhD in chemistry. She is now a futures insights manager of advanced materials at Callaghan Innovation.

Kirsten provides advice to business on the innovation trends and market dynamics in the area of advanced materials. As part of this, she identifies how global trends in advanced materials, changing consumer behaviour and markets will impact both local businesses and New Zealand as a country.
